1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of p1strategies.com (the “site”), operated by Ignite Development, LLC d/b/a P1 Strategies, an Indiana limited liability company (“P1 Strategies,” “we,” or “us”). Using the site means you accept them; if you don’t, please stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these terms.

2. What this site is

The website for The Table, an executive peer group hosted by P1 Strategies. It hosts no public user accounts, message boards, forums, or user-generated content.

3. Changes to the site

We may change, pause, or remove any part of the site at any time without notice. We work to keep the content accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current.

4. Informational purpose only

Content here is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and it does not create an advisory relationship.

5. Membership

Nothing on this site is an offer of membership or a contract. Seats, fees, schedules, confidentiality, and the other terms of membership are set by the member agreement. Where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement controls. We may decline any application.

6. Results

A peer group gives you perspective, accountability, and advice from people who have faced similar decisions. It does not guarantee any particular business or personal outcome. What you get from The Table depends on many factors, including your participation, your decisions, and circumstances outside anyone’s control. You are responsible for your own decisions and their results.

7. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos, photographs, and their arrangement on this site are owned by Ignite Development, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. P1 Strategies and The Table names and marks are ours.

We give you a limited, personal, revocable permission to view the site for your own use or your organization’s internal use, and to share a page with a colleague. Without our written permission, you may not:

  • republish, sell, or distribute site content, or create works based on it;
  • use site content to train, fine-tune, or prompt artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, or to build datasets;
  • remove copyright or trademark notices, or use our names or marks.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false information or impersonate anyone.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or its data, including private pages you have not been invited to.
  • Do not introduce malicious code, overload the site, or interfere with its operation.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to copy content or collect contact details, other than search engines indexing the site.

We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

9. What you send us

Please do not send confidential business information through the contact form. If you send us unsolicited ideas or suggestions, we are under no obligation to keep them confidential or to compensate you.

10. Third-party links

This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control or endorse their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

We provide the site and its content “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we make no promise that the site will always be available, secure, or free of errors or harmful code. Where the law does not permit these exclusions, they apply only as far as it does.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, P1 Strategies, Ignite Development, LLC, and their owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, connected with using the site or being unable to use it, even if we knew such damages were possible. In any case, the most we will owe you for all claims connected with the site, combined, is $50. Where the law does not permit these limits, they apply only as far as it does.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless P1 Strategies, Ignite Development, LLC, and their owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law and venue

Indiana law governs these terms and any dispute about the site, without applying Indiana’s conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the state courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana, or the federal courts for the Southern District of Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we don’t enforce a provision right away, we can still enforce it later.

16. Entire agreement

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site. A signed member agreement governs membership in The Table.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date above shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
