1. Who we are

This site is operated by Ignite Development, LLC d/b/a P1 Strategies, an Indiana limited liability company (“P1 Strategies,” “we,” or “us”). The site, p1strategies.com, presents The Table, our executive peer group. Questions about this policy go to privacy@ignitetoday.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through p1strategies.com. It does not cover information shared with us offline or in group meetings, which is handled under the member agreement, or websites we link to.

3. What we collect

Information you give us

Contact form: your name, email, and a line about why you’re interested (required); phone, company, role, and industry (optional).
Member application (a private form shared only with people who have agreed to join): your contact details and home address; background, goals, and preferences that help us run the group and host meetings, such as dietary needs; billing contact details (no payment card details are collected); and, if you choose to share them, details about your family and an emergency contact.

When you give us information about other people, such as a partner, children, an emergency contact, or a billing contact, please share only what you have their permission to share.

Collected automatically

When you visit, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.

4. Why we collect it

To answer you. Contact form details are used to respond and to see whether The Table is a fit.
To run The Table. Member application details are used to organize the group, plan and host meetings, bill for membership, and reach someone in an emergency.
To keep the site working. Security and spam prevention.
To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How it is handled

Form submissions are not stored in a website database. They are sent by email, through our email delivery provider Resend, to our business inbox, where they are kept with our other business correspondence.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you, run The Table while you are a member, and keep ordinary business records, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see “Your rights” below).

7. Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site and deliver email, each acting on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (email delivery), and Microsoft (our business email).
Professional advisors, such as our attorneys and accountants, where needed.
Legal authorities, when the law, a court order, or legal process requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of P1 Strategies or others.
A successor business, if Ignite Development is merged, sold, or reorganized.

We do not share member application details with other members.

8. Cookies and spam protection

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is submitting them. To do that, Cloudflare evaluates signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address, and uses them only to provide the check, not for advertising.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain processing, and not to be treated differently for asking. Email privacy@ignitetoday.com. We will confirm that we have received your request within 10 business days and aim to complete it within 30 days.

Verification. Before acting on a request, we may ask for information that lets us confirm you are the person the information is about.
Authorized agents. Someone you authorize can make a request for you. We may ask for proof of that authorization and ask you to confirm your identity directly.
Appeals. If we decline a request, you can appeal by emailing privacy@ignitetoday.com with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line.

11. Visitors outside the United States

This site is operated from the United States and intended for visitors there. If you use it from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, whose data protection laws may differ from yours.

12. Children

This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The member application lets members share their children’s names and ages if they wish; that information comes from the parent and is used only to get to know members. If you believe a child has sent us information, email privacy@ignitetoday.com and we will delete it.

13. Other websites

This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.

14. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above, and give additional notice where the law requires it.
